Potters Dozen — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Best oatcakes around.. but the ladies who run the place have no clue about customer service. Every time I call to order I hear come in 5 minutes to collect, then it is 15 minute wait when I get there. Happend at least 4 times in the past months, so I just started coming later.. Most of the time when ordering on the phone the orders ale mixed up.. especially when the older gentleman takes them. I stopped coming because last time I went I needed to wait 15 minutes wiith multiple people coming in an out just to have my order taken. It is a small space inside so not really covid friendly environment. When I waited I saw one of the ladies who work there drop the plastic box on the floor, then continue to pick it up and start packing customer’s food into it.

Also ask for half the cheese, as they always overdo it in...

Nipped into the Potters Dozen this morning, while the lad was playing football at nearby Eastwood, and had a bacon and cheese oatcake and a cheese, tomato and mushroom oatcake - both were absolutely banging 😋 A big thank you to the lady who runs the shop, as she let me barge my way in even though she was trying to close for the day - sorry about that duck and hope you had a nice...

I called in here for the first time this morning and wow!! I had sausage, cheese and mushroom the oatcakes were made right in front of me . The edges were crispy crispy and the rest of the oatcake melted in my mouth!! Absolutely beautiful!! I will definitely be...
