Potteries Kebab — Local services in Stoke-on-Trent

I ordered through Uber Eats and was told it would be 45minutes. Almost 50minutes later I get a notification saying delivered with a random picture of someone else's door. I ring the driver through the app who said he never had it and call the restaurant. After speaking to them a different driver had it. Well I never got my food. I had to keep calling them but couldn't get through until I used a different phone number and Ubereats was useless. 3 days later I get my refund and its for less than I paid by £3. Uber again are useless and said the matter is closed. The restaurant never even tried sending my another order so that I didn't have to start cooking an hour after I ordered food. Not entirely the restaurants fault but, it could have been handled better. Even a call back to me in person rather than assuming Uber have. Friday evening about 9pm, ordered the above meal, the cashier was pleasant and polite. The shop wasn't busy at the time so it didn't take long to be served. Food was presented to me within 15 minutes which in my opinion is fast enough. After leaving the shop I walked back to the hotel eating my box of chilli,chip,doner goodness.

The Meal : The doner meat was slightly on the cool side, which is the only reason I'm giving 4 not 5 stars, for me it has to be piping hot. Chips were spot on, hot, crispy and just soft enough on the inside. Chilli sauce was just hot enough to give your mouth a tingle which when mixed with the mayonnaise cooled it down nicely.
