Well, here is the feedback i've tried to send to subway directly but as i didn't get as far as placing an order there isn't a way to do it directly through their website- so i'm hoping someone will see it and respond.
Dear customer service team, I am writing to express my concern and frustration at the terrible customer service at this branch of subway. On my two previous visits I was annoyed at how long the team ignored me before taking my order (there was no queue either time) but assumed maybe they were having a bad day or an important conversation - on the second occasion I had just finished a 10k run and was starving, so i didn't have a choice but to wait until they could be bothered to serve me. Today I thought I'd have one more try and was ignored completely, to the point that I ended up just walking out without placing an order. There were no other customers in the store and three members of staff behind the till. The gentleman was preparing something (maybe an online order) but the two women were just chatting and joking. I waited until they finished one conversation and thought maybe now they'll serve me, but they just looked at me and then started another conversation. There was no communication with me at all, not even a "hello, we'll just be a minute" - just absolute and unbelievable ignorance. The level of passive rudeness is not acceptable, so I just walked off. I probably would have waited longer if I thought they hadn't seen me but one of the women looked directly at me three times and still didn't acknowledge my existence. I cannot recall ever having this problem ever before, in any other shop or store of any kind. A few years ago I used to visit this subway quite frequently but to be ignored so willfully by someone who should be serving is utterly crazy. I'd be very keen to hear any actions taken to tackle this problem but until there is any change in this attitude to customer service i will not be using this branch...

Read moreJust had a uber eats delivery at subway for the first time. The large meal for 1 meatball Marina and everything was amazing , tasty, hot, the delivery was fast, efficient. I work in hospitality myself so I know you tend to hear complaints and not hear praise as much so please let the staff know that they did amazing. Easiest 5* I've given and I would definitely order in person or online again and recommend to others.
The only improvement on a company level I can suggest is to set up the subcard so you can collect points from uber eat orders, (maybe by entering in your subcard number in the ubereats...
