Good parking access. A few disabled spaces outside the door. Outside seating available. Dog friendly, but if you want to eat, you have to eat in the bar. We had 4 adults, a child and a dog, and ate together in the bar space. Staff are super friendly and chatty, and they were the best thing about the pub. There is a kids menu with average kids menu items. Main meals are super cheap! We paid about £8-10 per person which I can't remember paying so little in years at a pub! Food was decent, but nothing exceptional. Good pub grub. Puddings were fab as they were traditional pub fare with sponge and custard and ice cream sundaes. Tables were a little sticky and dirty, but we were in the bar so maybe the restaurant is better. Everyone enjoyed and left full. We came mid afternoon on the Saturday before father's day and we thought it would be busy, but it was really quite. Recently visited and had the large sunday dinner for £10.15 You get a generous plateful of food. The meat portion was particularly good and my beef and turkey was lean and tender. You get a double portion of meat with a Large roast dinner and half that on a Regular sized dinner. Yorkie tasted Good. Veg was good One criticism was the waitress plonked the plate on the table quickly and I had to call her back to request extra gravy which tasted very nice. Then I realised i had no roast potatoes and when the extra gravy boat came I mentioned no roast pots to the waitress. She came back with one in a bowl, but it was nice! LOL The waitress should really check with the customer and say - is there anything else i can get you? Rather than speeding away!! Overall the roast dinners here...

Absolutely shocking service. Waitress got the order wrong. Human error is fine but she did not apologise. Even if she was adamant she had placed the order correctly she still should have apologised. Terrible customer service. Chef complained about changing the item even though i said it was fine and to leave it. On returning she engaged directly with my 5 year old (not at all acceptable) and said that if she made a mistake when ordering in future then the meal would not be replaced. To which i replied there won't be a next time. No 'customer is always right' in this establishment. The chef should stay in the kitchen as she is down right rude.
