Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Stratford-on-Avon

We stopped here for a drink at Starbucks. The only thing I get from Starbucks is a frappaccino, unfortunately this time I couldn't get that as the cashier told us they couldn't make it as they were about to close. I have been to plenty of Starbucks and in my experience it takes about a minute to make a frappaccino. People were still entering and getting their orders taken, so how they didn't have the time to make it is unbeknown to me. I was very disappointed. I was stood at the till looking at the menu the person behind the till spoke, I wasn't listening I turned and said to him damn as I was choosing from the picture changed on the menu so I had to wait and he said I wasn't talking to you. He had a head set on but wasn't talking to a customer by what he was saying to them afterwards. The person was tall dark curly hair and in this 20's I would guess. It was not only what he said, it was the rude and abruptly way he said it. This is coming from a woman, I wanted to punch him flat...

Terrible service. Ordered a simple cappuccino and I waited 15 minutes. Other customers after me received their drinks and left. Visibly frustrated, not one staff member asked if I was waiting for something, despite many glancing at me. I simply walked off. Starbucks, please take my £4.55 and spend it towards staff...
