Greggs — Restaurant in Sunderland

Usually pretty good service, however recent service appears to show a decline in customer experience. I arrived to collect my click and collect order at the 'collection point' following receiving the SMS confirming it was ready, there was someone serving from this till, and didn't seem keen to serve me stood in the collection queue at the collection point, instead frequently looking at the main queue instead. I had to prompt him that I was there to collect and not queue jumping. Some of the mince pies on this occasion were also slightly undercooked (although obviously not cooked in store).

Also, on a previous collection on my way to an appointment, I had booked a collection on my way from work after 6pm, as it was the quickest option, only to find the shop in darkness and closed upon arrival! Advertised times indicated that the shop should be open, so they apparently decided on an early finish without closing out the shop in their app or something.

Standards aren't as great as they were a couple...

Use greggs everyday but a different one to this store..at this store staff all seem like the hate there job..I thought maybe it was just the 1 staff member but nope the all the same..she gave me 3 coffees and just walked away and continued her conversation with another staff member..asked her for a cup holder and she was annoyed I interrupted her conversation never said a word to me and practically threw the holder at me and walked away...

This store is a busy store. However when I asked for help from a member of staff. Older lady with glasses. She blanked me. I asked again. She looked up from the till. Where she was standing with another colleague. Looking on a mobile phone. And then blanked me again. Real shame as most staff are normally...
