Pagoda Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in Sunderland

I telephoned and asked if they sold the half chicken in gravy and mushroom, she said yes I asked her to check she said half chicken ,chips and gravy I said that would be fine if it’s half a chicken, she double checked with the cook and said yes. I received 1/4 chicken cooked very dry and hard 2 large carton of gravy and 2 small cartons of gravy 😡. I contacted Pagoda immediately on delivery of my order, all I got was aw we only do 1/4 I said I asked you 3 times if it half and each time you said yes, not once did they apologise or offer discount if my next order. The chicken as I said was to dry and hard and the chips had no potato in side as they were cooked far too long to, Disgusting...

Waited almost 2 hours and the food was stone cold..rang the takeaway and all i had from the chinese woman on the phone was...yes yes yes..she agreed to leave the food for free because of the wait but then told the driver to bring the food back to her..disguting service and would highly recommend to not use this 'mickey mouse'...
