Normally very good the last couple of months the service has been appalling. The manager doesn't care. The staff don't take notice of delivery instructions. The manager fought with me over the phone saying he had not received my online order, then found it but didn't apologise. Pizza turned up cold 1/2 hour late. When I sent it back and phone Herbie's again I was told I could have a free pizza next time which I declined and was then told a refund could be put through tomorrow . We stopped off here on way back from our club rugby tour. Staff very accommodating, the owner especially who we had a great chat with, ended up realising he plays astro football with a friend of one of the lads, Patrick, every Tues night, it really is a small world!!
