It was my first visit to Cameron’s with my friend who recommended it and is a loyalty card carrying customer. Welcomed by Jack who confirmed the local legend that the cakes used in Coronation street were baked there when it was a cake shop. I was lucky enough to sample such a cake at a Wedding at the Midland some years ago and the cakes were as delicious as they looked. Cameron’s has only been open for a year but you wouldn’t know it. Jenny (front of house took our order) and though we d ordered a modest repast of eggs Benedict and toast and preserve. It was efficiently served with a well made coffee. Jack had done the foam art on my latte. It was very artistic and he’s a promising barista. There was a third server so well staffed, and I asked her name. Vicky is warm and friendly too. I was secretly hoping she was called Jill but having Jack and Jill waiting on was too much to hope for in this fairy tale cafe that put me in mind of the tea party in Alice and wonderland.

I don t like to write a review without without some criticism and I thought I might mention there is no Wi-Fi, but on consideration that’s what makes Cameron’s so special . It’s a haven of tranquility sans mobile phones and laptops. If you want that go to Costa. It ll make it easier for me to find a table at my new go to cafe.

It’s such a good vibe at Cameron’s we stayed longer than expected and were able to order some tea . Never associate with anybody who makes a poor cup of tea. (They don t care about you!) The tea here was hot and served in a pot that gave two full cups ) it needs to be done right.

Henry James said ā€œThere are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea.ā€ It needs to be done right and Cameron’s...

I had the pleasure of visiting Cameron’s Tea and Coffee Shop for the first time today, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic selection to choose from. It's clear they take pride in providing high-quality service and food. I’ll definitely be returning soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot with great food and...

Went in for dinner with my mum a couple of times now, the staff are welcoming and we were presented with menus on entering. The menu itself has plenty of choice and is reasonably priced. Even though the times we were in was very busy, we received our food in good time. All in all a nice place to visit and grab some food and support the local small businesses, they also apparently do afternoon tea but I cant comment on that as not...
