Domino's Pizza - Manchester - Denton — Restaurant in Tameside

Don't complain about a bill discrepancy before the food is actually sent out and in your hand. They'll vastly reduce the portion sizes on all items on your food.

I contacted the restaurant as soon as the order was put through to give them time to sort it asap. The offer of doubling up on chicken wasn't reduced to £11.99 as advertised. So I asked for a refund only to be told the numbers were right. However they cannot check this fully as they aren't allowed to use their phones to check their own website and only have access to the back office systems (which sounded like prices less vat in all honesty) that's all that was available to them and yes they know it's 2024.....I asked. Well on my screenshots they most definitely weren't correct.

That's not the main reason for a bad review to be fair. Having ordered a half and half pizza one that has mushrooms on one side and only getting 4 slices in total is shocking. It doesn't end there. Pineapple too only 4 pieces on the same pizza. Gherkin also....4 pieces. This is the most under topping populated pizza I've ever seen. All because someone felt it right to question a bill discrepancy. I should have refunded it then and there when I had the chance. Shocking.

Delivery was super fast however..... probably because there wasn't much food in the oven when my pizza was being cooked.

I rang the Manchester - Denton store to add something to my order which I placed on the app via my phone and when the phone was eventually answered (after trying twice to get through) I was rudely welcomed to Suzy who talked over me and placed me on hold for a further couple of minutes. When she returned she was speaking in a cocky tone and when I was telling her I want to cancel my order rather than add to it as I tried to add something to it in the first place and just got ignored, talked over and placed on hold without any agreement to do so .. she then just passed me on to the "manager" who didn't notify his role in the job until I asked, halfway through speaking to him, after explaining the situation he then put the phone down on me so when I returned the call again he was talking over me asking me for my address to cancel my order when I was trying to make a complaint about a...

I ordered at quarter to 12 got here at 01.10 . Everything I ordered was stone cold ! Not impressed ! It's disgusting looking forward to your food and receiving it cold . I can not eat it . Waste of money ! Plus I'm in Ashton and the delivery driver said he came from stalybridge . Would it not make sense to go from Denton to Ashton then to stalybridge ?? Maybe my food wouldn't of arrived stone cold if the driver had a bit of sense !
