Please can you include pictures and sign for those who maybe taught with something called pic cards

Meaning that those visually use sign

Eg bsl or makaton or

Nice food but is let down by miserable owner/staff, the owner doesn’t even greet you and ignores you at the counter for ages, and the toilets are awful

In response to the owner’s comment - I put ‘owner/staff’ as I wasn’t sure who was who as I hadn’t been there before. But everyone in there ignored me after I had stood at the counter for ages, and when she finally came over there was not even a hello or a how are you, never mind a sorry for your wait. I tried to chat but literally got ignored, as in I spoke and the woman didn’t even have the decency to respond! and my point about the toilet is it up a lot of stairs and you can’t move in there, you can just about shut the door, not great if you’re in there with children.

coming from this sort of industry myself, I would maybe suggest taking constructive criticism on board rather than lashing back, it...

First visit and wow factor: by no means will it be my last. After residing locally for the last two years i finally bit the bullet and visited earlier this afternoon. The place at first glance from outside can be quite deceiving, inside it is very spacious and in no way cramped at all, 103% clean everywhere including the lovely staff and all the crockery and cutlery. I am indeed impressed, by all. The food was excellent, freshly cooked, well presented on nice clean and sparkling plates. The staff were indeed attentive, caring definitely go the extra three miles to ensure all is as it should be. I personally recommend this venue and will now declare this will be a regular of mine thank you 😇 especially to Claire the lady who made me aware that i would not regret my visit. Thank you...
