Pizza Hut Ashton-Under-Lyne — Restaurant in Tameside

Unfortunately the service provided here is extreamly poor, the staff can be argumentative and rude.

Iv just had the phone put down on me when I enquired if they now have vegan (non dairy cheese) available on their pizzas.

Iv been told by the staff here in the past, when iv tried to order a Pizza whiteout ordenery dairy cheese that they the computer system they have would not let them remove cheese from any of their pizzas that are in the deals they offer.

Although taking cheese off a pizza would only make the cost to the buissness even cheaper not more exspensive but apparently they carnt do it off any of the deals, which I find completely ridiculous when I have ordered from this store and others on many ocations from both the standard menu and weekly offers and requested no cheese whiteout an issue.

It’s a shame as iv been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for many years but unfortunately this local store do not want to cater for vegans or any body that is lactos in tolarente.

It seems that poor management at this store is letting the chain...

Not been to pizza hut in years. All I can genuinely say is it's gone shit.

Stupid app based ordering that takes longer than speaking to an actual server.

Cashless only now and expect a tip prior to even serving you.

The pizzas myself and my partner had were the worst we have had in years. Soft, tasteless, undercooked.

£66.94 for 2 pizzas, 3 drinks and a tiny kids meal.

The price to value for money is lost. The spark has gone. It was just shit. There was a nice lady walk8nv round checking the food was ok but genuinely it was a terrible overpriced experience. We didn't finish our food, we didn't enjoy it and the place was empty during what used to be the busiest time on a Saturday.

Do yourself a favour. Goto a local pizza place or even Domino's or papa John's. Just better pizza, better choice and a far better service.

I wanted to ask for a full refund but my partner said to just leave.

Waste of time Ashton Under Lyne always late, you ask for garlic sprinkles you do not get it. One evening we ordered around 9.30.11.30 no food tried to ring no answer food arrived 12.10 realy. Made a compliant did not even receive reply. Your food does not come from pizza hut it comes from a take away that has a franchise with pizza hut so not the same standards. The standards are just like your local pizza shop but they have to use pizza hut supplies. Wedges are always under cooked, pizza looks like it has been thrown together. We used them about 8 times to give them a chance got worse. Driver ringing asking can I come to him as he was lost and could not find us. Another driver rings asks for directions as he was lost,he was 500 yards away I watched him drive past 2 hours later and 5 calls from driver he made. You guessed it food...
