Sugar Cube Desserts — Restaurant in Tameside

So today, I ordered 3 scoops of gelato ice cream, which was 3.80 on their menu , three times, I expected them to be in a cone or in a cup but they sell each scoop separately. They charged me for each scoop individually, which is 1.80, which costed me around 16, when it was supposed to cost me only 11.40... When i went home I later on realized one of them was missing so I rang the store and told them about it and they said to come back and they'll give me the missing scoop. Now when I've come back I also realized that one of the flavours has been mixed up.. I asked for Ferro Rocher, which I didn't get and I somehow have chocolate flavour which I never ordered... Just an annoying experience but overall the ice cream tastes fine, the mango one...
