Suhag Balti — Restaurant in Tameside

I had heard good things and really wanted to love this place as the establishment we used to use had forgotten items on multiple occasions. We clearly just have no luck as the same happened here. The experience began by processing a payment for £39 then receiving an email to inform us the order was cancelled due to the restaurant being busy. I rang up to check as the money had left our account and I was informed they have the order but they had hit the wrong button so not a smooth start. We ordered the set meal for two plus extra onion bhajis and chips as I don't like rice. The set meal for two arrived but no chips or onion bhaji. Our date night was ruined as my husband had to proceed to eat his as to not go cold, I had no side so had to wait. They remainder of the order turned up 20 minutes later. The chips were under done so my meal consisted of under done chips and cold curry, I could barely eat any and it defeated the object of a couple with a baby having an at home date night as we didn't even eat at the same time! Also there were only 2 onion bhajis that arrived as what was meant to be the other two were just bits of onions at the bottom of the bag! The person I spoke to on the phone did not care and couldn't get rid of me quick enough, no gesture of good will, nothing. We don't work hard to spend nearly 40 quid on an experience like this. Been using Suhag for a few months now, spend on average £20-£30 (large family including 2 vegetarians) I'm in dispair tonight, they know I'm a regular, they know a couple of us are veggie and tonight I ordered 2 veggie samosas to go with our meal. During eating, I bit into a samosa and it was completely filled with CHICKEN!!!! I know some of you may think, oh here we go, a vegetarian moaning, but this is my life choice and my daughters, and I've had a dead body in my mouth. I'm distraught, i didn't eat any of my meal, my daughter couldn't eat hers. Rang the restaurant and although he was apologetic, I don't think he realises the seriousness of what happened. NO REFUND GIVEN, ONLY FREE FOOD NEXT TIME, KNOWING FULL WELL I'M NEVER GOING TO EAT THERE AGAIN. I feel like bleaching my whole self. I will NEVER use this place again, infact, I'm never eating takeout food again. Such a massive mistake to make for a non meat eater.

Without doubt the most bland curries we've ever eaten. Sugha Guwall was village style curry, but just base sauce with no seasoning or spice, other two, balti delight was bright red with food colouring and over sweet, the lamb rosti dish was base sauce with mint sauce over powering it and Ive had ready meals with more spice and flavour.
