First time and last! Despite lovely atmosphere and attentive service whilst being busy... ordered homemade meatball starter off the main menu just short of £7 , 4 tiny meatballs which were reheated and overcooked in just a tablespoon of Ragu type sauce. Pathetic sized portion and definitely not worth the money. Thinking they had made a mistake giving me a smaller portion off the set menu, when I queried the matter apparently you only get 3 meatballs on the £10 set menu. This didn't seem right and charging that price definitely wasn't value for money. The main course was also very small even off the main menu and coming away hungry from what's supposed to be an authentic Italian...

have just read the review posted on the 16/01/16 , and can't understand it !!! I and my two friends (Last of The Summer Wine threesome) found this little gem of a place shortly after it opened, we usually go mid week about three times a month, we have never ever been disappointed with any aspect of our visits, food, comfort and staff all first class every time, we have recommended the place to many of our friends who all find it the same and sing its praises. We had a delicious meal here last night, as a party of 4 on a special occasion. This restaurant is a little gem and we will definitely go again. We were offered the main menu and an early bird menu. All four of us chose from the early bird menu and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We were turned away from Sweet Treats in Denton, even though there were lots of empty tables, as it was Ramadan and they were anticipating people within the half hour. Unbelievable.
