I used to order from here all the time but then the delivery started to get slower and slower, so I stopped but I thought I’d give it another go but not only was it slow it was cold as well! It’s such a shame because it has such potential and use to have a great reputation, it’s clearly getting managed badly because the food (once microwaved) is nice! This is the last time we will ever use. £43 order taking 2hrs to deliver. We understand Fridays are busy all we ask for is honesty, we were told twice they were on their way 30 mins apart, first call was over 1.5 hours after ordering. When the food arrived it was stone cold! Kids were starving by 8pm...
