Went for lunch with mum and auntie yesterday. A car had parked across the disabled parking bays which meant, as a disabled person, I could not park. When my mum went inside to ask if the bays could be accessed, she was told the car belonged to the landlord and although the bar staff were apologetic they were unable to approach the landlord to move his car as he wouldn't like to be approached about this matter. If I'd stayed we would have had to use 2 parking spaces for suitability of egress and access of the car. We decided to leave, very disappointing attitude for a landlord. Read morenot every negative review is ‘malicious’ and every venue is open to criticism. i personally wouldn’t recommend due to an experience that leaves me feeling this isn’t an entirely welcoming space, and how the management seem to deal with complaints or issues when they come up.
