Tinsel Town's Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Tameside

We used to love you Tinsel town. We were very regular customers from the beginning of your first place. The food was great... The staff lovely. Food delicious... Hot and always on time. Last night our wraps were lovely but we recieved fries that were only cooked on the outside. This is a very basic thing. The last I'd say almost 10 times we've ordered we've said... Lets try it again because it used to be great... Out of loyalty. But to not even be able to get them right is very bad. We've had very undercooked chicken (which I've been ill from) and we've still come back... We've had almost cold food... Even though we live appox 10 mins away... I ordered once during the day and recieved semi warm re heated chicken burgers and fries that you could tell very clearly had been re cooked. But last time... Last night was the very last. The last few times that it's been bad I've reached out and messaged you... But not even got a response. What a shame.... I've spent a fortune this last few years and have hoped for months that things would improve. But no. Obviously loyalty means nothing too. You have an awful lot to improve on. I won't be ordering again now. Very regular customer.... Will not be ordering...

I ordered three burgers for my family. Half of the order was incorrect. I asked for beef burger and got chicken one clearly stated I’m allergic I got lettuce when asked for no salad I asked also for mayo and got hot chilli so meal was completely ruined. I rang up to complain he said my order is what I clearly wanted, was giving verbal abuse down the phone so asked to speak to a manager but won’t let me and asked for refund because not paying £35 for something I didn’t want. He rudely shouted no I’m not giving you money back so said I’ll complain to Just Eat and he said alright do it anyway I pointed out you’ve got to be helping your customers instead of arguing. And told him he’s clearly no manners or customer service to speak to customer like that and then he put the phone down on me. I just couldn’t get through. Won’t be...

Used to look forward to our order from here .. Not any more. Sorry but its definitely a NO from us from now on. The chips are thrown in the bag so the salts all over the burger box, ou end up covered in it. The last few orders they advertise certain items that aren't even included, e.g gurkins, tomatoes, onions.... Bit annoying.. why advertise them if you aren't actually going to put put them on. The Burgers are literally thrown together & drown in sauce so they are falling apart, soggy bread and extremely messy, the chips aren't fresh I'm pretty sure my coleslaw was off, tasted like it's been sat in the back of the fridge and forgotten about for a week .... delivery driver not very friendly, waited over 2 hours for a delivery driver l, rang the shop, no apologies no nothing. Definitely time to find...
