Read moreAs I entered at 5.30 I was shouted at by a member of staff who said "we are closed!!" - the door was open and online it clearly states closing is at 6pm. I was then shouted at with just one word "Swipe". - I have never ever known anything so hostile and rude in my entire life. This staff member should not be working in a close customer facing role and being allowed to verbally abuse innocent customers in such a hostile manner. I was shocked and simply staggered by the disgusting treatment and abusive manner from a staff member who then walked past with the till im presume cashing up etc. If this member of staff is senior I would have serious, serious concerns. While I was waiting for the coffee in the queue I witnessed that the store manager “john” was mistreating his two young coworkers, one young lady and one young man. He was shouting at them in front of customers and he mentioned that they should not go toilet as he doesn’t go toilet himself. I found it really disturbing and disrespectful as he was treating them horribly and this kind of situations should be dealt with and someone needs to take serious actions.
