I will not be revisiting this KFC again , my chicken was so sloppy and greasy it was literally falling apart as I ate it , it was such poor quality food and super oily. The fried skin was wet and soggy. And you only wanted cash only this is ridiculous, I was told to go out and draw cash from the cash point ? After only a few hours my family and I are suffering stomach aches and terrible flatulence …. A horrible experience which has left a sewage smell in my house .

At least the chips were clean, having had a bath before arrival. Rather soggy and lacking any flavour.

Absolutely disgusting food! I had a piece of chicken which I can only describe attached to it was a chicken testicle or some organ! Pictures don’t even do it justice. Reported the issue but they are not interested. Never ordering from them again

Where to start, Parking.... not great as this KFC is situated on the outside of a roundabout in Caterham with double yellow lines all around. Cleanliness..... Shop seemed OK but customer toilets (male) were diabolical. Blocked and full urinal, toilet seat and floor covered in p*, no soap in the dispenser but on the plus side the tap and hand dryer both worked. Food.... We ordered two of the Double Dinner Deals so should have had a total of 4 Fillet Burgers, 4 packets of Fries and 8 Hot Wings. Unfortunately there was only 3 packets of fries, not a big deal but not hard to have got correct in the first place. I doubt very much that I'll visit this outlet again especially as there are many other food outlets within a few...

Possibly the worst branch of KFC anywhere. Visited on a Saturday night when It should be busy but it's dead. Skeleton staff, tables not cleared. Took my order, paid for it and waited for a painful 15 minutes for it to be ready. When it arrives they announce they don't have the side I chose. I ask for the other side but they don't have that either. So I get an unappetising small box of coleslaw. They are having "stock issues". No thought to mention this as I ordered and paid. The same excuse I get every time. The most unorganised and slow service and it is consistently like this at this branch every time I go. I wouldn't personally ever go here except I failed as a parent and my kids like this rubbish and I cave in...

If you want a good KFC go elsewhere. Shocking service and lack of cleanliness or standards! Toilets were disgusting as the urinal was blocked and filled to the brim (Lack of staff attention)

Ordered a big daddy burger which comes with (Large drink, Fillet Burger, One Piece, side and Large fries) mine arrived with small chips and I had to ask for my drink as they forgot. Even still they didn't give me a straw, napkins, hand wipes or anything else. When I asked for ketchup I got singular sachet!

Staff behind tills seem to not care, which I don't blame them for considering management don't seem to get involved.

Hope KFC reads this and makes...
