Stolen Money or just a mistake?

Hmmm...

Now, ORDINARILY, I would say this place has good chicken burgers and a decent delivery time, etc.

However. I must say I am displeased with tonight's order to a friend of mine. The delivery driver had more money received then it should've been and as a result, Surrey Police have been informed. It should go to Trading Standards really but... I suppose, since I don't mind the food and NORMALLY it is "okay" with my friend ordering practically every evening... I won't be HORRIBLE about the review.

When I first ordered from Favourite, they gave me food poisoning. Which wasn't good, obviously. However, they have sorted a few things out over time - Which isn't bad news overall.

I'd say, have a go at this place, as in, try it out. See what you think. But I can say, I won't be ordering from here. My friend might, if things are resolved reasonably quickly, but I wouldn't hold out hope in that regard.

There's always room to improve. That's why I'm not going to give this place a 1 star. But then again, I can't give it much more than 2 because of what happened this evening.

Like they say, "Pick your takeaway".

The feedback has been sent to the main head office and hopefully will be resolved. But even then, I am NOT going to change the 2 star rating.

Sorry, but that's what you get...

You're looking at the best chicken shop chips in the whole country. They're the perfect amount of crispy and full of flavour. You don't even need to season them as they're tasty as is. So good that people will make the trip here just to get a portion of chips to enhance whatever other food they might be having with their meal.

They're usually busy here but always try to uphold their customer service standards.

The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is because the buns they use for their chicken burgers are very dry. I wish they could toast them slightly to soften and warm them up. Otherwise most things on the menu...
