Caffe Bambino — Restaurant in Tandridge

Always an excellent experience when I visit this friendly and welcoming cafe ~ everyone is greeted though the door whether you’re a regular visitor (much like I am) or a ‘newbie’ and it’s your first time at Cafe Bambino! I love this cafe though because i think it has everything going for it that the perfect cafe should - kind and enthusiastic staff, very tasty food on the menu which is good value for money (especially the home made pasta dishes which are ALL freshly prepared for you whilst you wait, and they are mouth-wateringly good 😋, large portions and just around £5 or £6 a dish), good coffee, a nice selection of pastries and cakes in the kitchen area available to order as well, great people to talk to and there’s a few chairs and some seating available outside at the front of the cafe too. Terrible customer service! I received a call from this number so picked up i could see their company name on my screem. I said hello a few times nobody answered and it cut off. I called back again and the man on the phone said they don't call out only receive calls so I am trying to explain i just received the call so was calling back and he argued it's not them I didn't even finish my sentence, he put the phone down on me. Learn how to speak to people you could have easily said it was an error instead of lying and putting the phone down. Very...

Known by locals as the nicest shop owner in town; perfect host; friendly smile with attention to detail.

All food is healthy, freshly prepared each morning and the coffee is as good as the big chains in town. He wins on service and quality though, hands down.
