Four meals ordered All came out with cold chips and onion rings I sent my steak meal back When my meal returned I was told the chef couldn’t reheat it any more as it would become to tuff 🤦🏻 We did have more chips delivered to our table I couldn’t eat mine after it had been microwaved yes I was told it had been microwaved and returned After a couple of days our party decided to return and try a breakfast Order came out wrong and cold Definitely won’t be trying a third time Used to be very good food How things have changed And NOT for the better Very sad Our table wasn’t the only one with very cold food and complaining £35 Stake meal photo after being microwaved

Originally a 5 star review then a 3 and now back to 5mafter separate visits .Great breakfast and well organised social distancing rules. Staff polite and helpful. Have booked for another day..amended to a 3 from a 5 as the follow up breakfast had stone cold baked beans and other elements just warm. Mind you the steak and eggs the 16year old ordered was good and hot..waitress offered free coffees and was apologetic. Evening meal planned for tomorrow so will see if the stars come back . 2021 .. back again as here on holiday. Breakfast was perfect this time. So back up to 5stars.

Regularly visited whilst staying on the park. Mainly for coffee and toasted ciabattas both of which were delicious, fairly priced and accompanied with excellent, friendly service. Would thoroughly recommend. Lovely balcony setting to make the experience even more relaxing. Just tried a piece of cake which, again was excellent.

Shocking. If you want food cooked and delivered by kids who have no idea what they are doing well risk it. If you want decent for similar price go down to the anchor. We had chips and curry from the chippy one night. You could stand a knife up in the curry and although a decent flavour was salty. Another eve we ordered chicken in tyme and lemon. No flavour, like shoe leather on a plate of hard overcooked chips. Wilting lettuce. Thai curry significantly overloaded with salt and cold.was disgusting! So was sent back. 20 later a replacement fish and chips. Fish cooked OK. But chips fried to death, peas cold. No apology for first choice not fit to eat. No requests to see if new one was OK. No attempt to get second order right despite first order going back. Never collected plates. Shocking overall really. We have complained before about food at COften. They employ kids mostly, and look like they have nt a clue. It's a shame because the quality about this site overall is very good. Please get your food in order it's Terrible! And get better trained people in you...

Love this place! Very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Very useful shop on site for essentials, emergencies and to top up the wine/beer fridge! A great fish & chip shop for when you don’t feel like cooking too. The walks around are lovely and it’s easy to walk into either Starcross or if you fancy a longer walk - into Dawlish Warren through the woods. Not having any children, we prefer out of season when the kids should be at school, but if you have a family, then the facilities are excellent. A nice pub & restaurant on site which is handy for a few beers and a stagger back to the Motorhome :-) Picturesque lakes for strolling around and we’ve always found the facilities to be very clean and tidy. We’re frequent visitors (whenever work doesn’t get in the way) and can highly recommend Cofton Country Park...

Asked for a Macchiato, David got into confusion and after asking to another colleague, he came back saying that they speak just English or Spanish there. He said that I should have asked for a Cortado. I thought it was rude to say that to a client. I don't think that I've asked for something unusual, rather fairly common. I've never heard about the word "Cortado". I've now looked into it and it wasn't what I wanted, fortunately the guy in charge of the coffe knew what Macchiato is and he made a great one. Despite David looks elderly probably he joined this part of the hospitality business quite recently. It's still not an excuse to embarrass customers and blame them for...
