Pizza Hut Andover — Restaurant in Test Valley

I don't know what has happened to the Andover Pizza Hut! Whatever has happened, I think they've gone fully 'pre-made' corporate and it definitely shows. Their pizzas were rubbery and tasteless. We WERE ordering from them for ages. It had been a little while and thought we'd go for a treat! We went online like previous times! Noticed right away the menu had changed, not to mention our favourites were completely gone. Order history, gone! Wow ok this is not looking good!

We got to the point where my husband and I both were struggling to do our pizzas!! We DID manage in the end, but what we got was SO awful!!! And ridiculously over price and SO NOT worth it!!

What EVER they have done?? It's awful I think the chain itself has done something because we tried to go to the dine in restaurant in Amesbury and it was ridiculous (We left). However Andover Pizza Hut, major thumbs down, won't order from you guys again. Papa John's is our back up!! (Domino's is too sweet and they don't cook their bases...

The customer service from this shop is appalling!! My simple question was. If we ordered another pizza can we have the spend £35 get 40% off deal? Their response... What crust was that? Hearing someone mocking you in the background as well is a true sign they take their customers seriously Anyway we were actually given the pizza for free and thought brill! But no! The Manager calls us back! He just constantly interrupted me. When I did speak he was shouting at the staff!! I think he was trying to get me to go for £10 off on the next order instead of the free pizza?!?! Serves me right for not sticking...

What bad customer service, we ordered it for asap at 5:45, the earliest slot to book being 6:30. Estimated time being 6:25-6:35, phoned them at 6:45 because it still hadn't come, the woman on the phone said 5-6 minutes. 15 minutes later I phone again, still hadn't turned up, asked them how long it was going to be, she said 4-5 minutes, I then said, that's what you said 20 minutes ago. I then asked for some kind of discount because of how late it was. She then proceeded to hang up the phone whilst I was half way through talking.
