Second Update: I have changed this to 5 stars because true to their word at 11 this morning a replacement order arrived by Fedex without anybody checking if the original had arrived. thank you Gerald, excellent customer service. I am happy that I can continue to drink your coffee into the future. a good company. Update. the coffee arrived a15:00 on the 20th so I didn't need to take advantage of their offer to fed ex a replacement on the 21st. The coffee is good but the service isn't. My coffee was despatched on the 7th and as of today 16th it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed twice and had no response there isn't a phone contact so they obviously don't want to talk to you. service maybe ok if you can call in but the on-line service isn't and neither are their...

Artisan coffee in Hampshire! It's finally been found, in a business park in Andover. Plenty of parking on site and was introduced to a lovely team and helpful owner. Gerald and I talked coffee and the like for 20 minutes before getting a bag of Panamanian coffee ground into an Aeropress blend and heading out, really like the fact they told me the grind level making it easier to reorder the same in future too. Incredible to see they have such good relationships with their suppliers and they couldn't be more direct trade if they grew the coffee themselves!
