McDonald's — Restaurant in Thanet

Upon our visit with my wife and kids it seemed very good place to stop off and eat and have a rest from driving! There is a kids play gym there witch we thought would help us with our 2 young children.

However first things first upon ordering we went to self select machine pit the order in and we was left waiting for about half hour witch was not a great start at all, Then eventually the food arrived me & my wife had ordered the (Knew Double quarter pounder) as a meal the food arrived the burgers were burnt and looked discusting to say the least" we were very hungry and had already waited a long time so have it the benefit of the doubt!! Well how wrong we were it was BURNT, BLAND, DRY, & over all should not have been served. The only good thing was the young man at front of house very polite he apologized and proceeded to offer us free desert witch then DIDN'T ARRIVE.

For a McDonald's restaurant I would have expected much better food and better service I can not believe how awful this visit was and waste of money. I would hope to revisit one day and have a much better experience. But 2 stars overall is all I'm...

I've been to this McDonald's alot but today I went through the Drive thru and received poor service. I ordered a Biscoff Frappe, not being a fan of coffee I made sure there wasn't any. I tasted the drink and it had a coffee flavour. I spoke to the employees about this and then the manager confronted me not believing a word I was saying. She then looked at it and realised it was made wrong and it was likely the cameral version (has coffee). Mistakes happen I have no problem with that but instead of a polite exchange it felt like I like I was being attacked for saying it tasted of coffee and the manager was very rude to me. Went here about 6am on a Sunday morning. Quite quiet, not surprisingly. This is our second visit here. The service was friendly and quick considering the meal was fresh cooked. All very well done and tasty. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience, with a clean modern look and is larger than average. There's adequate outside seating by the main door and also across the road by the children's outdoor play area too. Facilities are a good size, modern and clean. There's a choice of drive through and parking. Only slight drawback is the car park is a bit small compared to the amount of customers they can accommodate. One of the...
