Sea Master Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Thanet

Placed a large order at 10.15pm for myself and guests, food didn’t arrive until 11.30pm!? Arrived stone cold with items missing from the order? What was actually delivered was just disgusting - a few tiny dry pieces of chicken thrown in a box as a so-called shish kebab, no sauce, no chargrilled peppers as advertised, it actually resembled a returned box of somebody’s left overs from the previous night (as did the rest of what was delivered). The chips looked old and grey and they smelled like fish and cheap cooking oil. The battered cod was like a piece of rubber - the batter was so thick it could have served as a trampoline with a perfectly adequate bounce no doubt - it also smelled like something that had been washed up on the beach and left there in sweltering heat for around three weeks; it absolutely stunk. The burger would have served as an excellent frisbee, completely burnt and as hard as rock. Absolutely disgraceful.

All in all a terrible experience, having to converse with a belligerent, rude, ignorant merchant, whilst requesting a refund and telling him to collect the order which myself and my guests obviously didn’t wish to consume (which he swiftly refused to do!?) Food went in the trash where it belonged, the worst, most disgusting food I have EVER had delivered and would NEVER advise anybody to purchase food from this joke establishment - their food isn’t fit for human consumption. Got my refund through the bank, so one in the eye for the greedy Mr Singh who incidentally can’t cook to save his life. An eclectic mix of exotic cuisines from a man who can’t even cook a potato? Yeah okay, you absolute joker - this place should be shut...

Wouldn't suggest anybody go to Sea Masters in Broadstairs, sold me a out of date pie (February 20th!! Ordered on 05/04/2019) that was also rock solid and Red inside!!! and then the manager denied it and called me a liar. Went to them to get it sorted and surprise surprise he had 'gone out' waited for 20 minutes before the delivery driver (who was lovely and the only one to try and sort it out) called the manager as apparently the staff didn't have his number. He then came to the shop after initially stating that he wasn't going to come down, despite me telling him on the phone I would be 10 minutes and had arrived within those 10 minutes and he had already gone!!! He then denied calling me a liar and still was disbelieving that he had sold me a out of date, rock solid red inside pie even with the evidence in front of him. (pictures as evidence) Reluctantly gave a refund for the pie. Despite ruining our meal completely with this rancid pie

I will never use this place again which is a shame as I've been using them for over...

Ordered on Just Eat. Called up to chase our order as it was 15 minutes past the time it was due to be delivered. I was told by a young girl who was manning the phones that they were cancelling my order as they’re very busy. I asked why they didn't call me to inform me about this, as we were waiting over an hour. The girl was extremely rude the whole time. Her attitude was “I don’t know, but I’m telling you now”. I then asked to speak to a manager as her attitude was terrible. But according to her there was no manager on shift. My husband and I got straight into our car to get our money back but luckily whilst we were on our way we were notified by our bank of our refund. Your staff need to learn some manners!!
