Drove to this one because of the good reviews, and years ago heard good things what absolute rubbish disgrace to call this chinese.

£12.90 per dish order 3 dishes 1) sweet sour chicken, 2) ginger pineapple duck, 3) beef fillet cantonese style

At that price even if the cooking is not fantastic the ingredients should be fresh, no.

Chicken not fresh defo been in fridge for days, so sweet it was like dessert, also soggy

Duck dish, lowest cheapest quality duck which is just fat no taste and dish just ginger flavour, sauce is like watery soup no skill.

Beef fillet tiny portion and 4-5pieces okay understandable, but again just sugar only people who can't cook do this.

I know good Chinese is hard to find these days and a lot are just not up to scratch, at £13 per small dish AND still as bad as regular fake Chinese...

I have been here a couple of times, the first many years ago as my sister lives with her husband only across the road from here, so we visited for a buffet lunch, which was ok because it was always busy! I have been informed over a period of time, the standard had dramatically dropped and was not so good.

However recently we returned for a boys night out, so we could drink and walk back to my Brother-in-law`s house, we were a small party but nevertheless we ordered off the set menu to speed the process and ordered the drink, we had not booked but we were welcomed in, there were many people in but not full, the food arrived and it arrived in a very reasonable time, the food had no complaints and the set menu was a very pleasing and enjoyed by all, living this eatery satisfied and...

Truly disappointed : Order food over the phone some hour ago, was told on the phone food be collected in 20 minutes, went after 30 minutes to collect food. As soon as arrive they collected money for the order via card and than informed Chef to prepare the food. As after waiting for over 45 minutes inside their restaurant food wasn't ready. Entirely ignorant and highly inadvertent. Had to cancel order and request refund, when called and inform the owner about the disappointment instead of listening he turned out acutely rude rather ignorant, instead of taking constructive feedback being abusive on the phone and oblivious.
