Friendly chap behind the bar certainly makes you feel welcome and is very accomodating. The menu is refreshingly simple, no nonsensical detail about the birthing location of the cow in the burger etc, just says what it is. You can get away with that when the quality of the food is good, an average price, and its served with a smile....

Walked there for a pint across Manor Park and got a friendly welcome and a lovely cool pint of real ale. Large TV showing football rather dominated the place and not many people there, and those that were there not really interested in football so atmosphere a bit "off". Comfy warm and good...
