We really enjoyed elevenses here on a murky morning. Big hits were the apple&cinnamon flapjack, the choc-o-lait (a block of chocolate to melt in milk to make hot choc) and the tea cakes (saffron infused, fresh, perfectly toasted with decent amount of butter). Scones were good too. They had soya (and oat) milk which pleased my lactose-intolerant, latte-loving daughter. We'd been here a long time ago (maybe 10 years) and found it much improved this time. A good selection of drinks available ranging from cold soft drinks like coke and milkshakes to hot drink staples such as coffee, hot chocolate and tea.
