Rocco's Pizza & Treats North Belfast — Restaurant in Town Parks

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review, so last night ordered a few desserts, popcorn, hot nuts and a milkshake. Then when they were delivered I noticed there was only 2 boxes (with the desserts) and the bag had 2 tins of coke and a garlic dip (who doesn’t love garlic dip with dessert??) and no popcorn, hot nuts or milkshake. Phoned the place only for the driver to say in the background he gave me the right bag, because who doesn’t love garlic and herb dip with chocolate brownie dessert. Then after about 3 minutes on mute they came back and said they’d send all missing items. Fair enough. Different driver comes with only a milkshake and says he’ll say about the missing items in the morning as they’re closed now? I’m not one to kick up stink over nothing but now I’ve just blatantly been robbed over 2 items. So either they don’t pay their drivers enough, or their staff are just incompetent. Absolute joke of a place, I’m not even from Belfast so I advise anyone visiting or ordering from here just don’t...

Food never arrived and when I phoned the restaurant they said their delivery driver tried to deliver. The driver never even went to the door instead tried to phone us and when he didn't get a response drove off. Pure laziness. Every other food delivery service goes to the door and rings why would they have not tried that first? While on the phone to the restaurant we mentioned that the status of our order still said it was being prepared. During the call the status changed to our food being delivered as they have only then decided to change it in the restaurant when we called. In the end we didn't get a refund, they wouldn't redeliver our the food again due to them refusing to make it again... "LOSS OF PRODUCT" Surely this would have all been avoided if the delivery actually made it to the door. What a waste of money and time. Disgraceful customer service. Don't even bother ordering here.

Was in last night for a late family treat and was disgusted by the abusive decision by more than one member of staff twordge another member of staff who seemed basically to be doing more than her fair share of the work while the other members of staff were discussing the topic's on their phones laughing and whispering and looking twordge the member of staff who was doing all the work this member of staff asked the others to help her and was bombarded with a very foul mouthed and abusive response I was disgusted and the girl who the abuse was aimed at remained very professional and continued on with her work and was clearly upset while the rest of the staff giggled and whispered I was appalled by this behaviour this is clearly bullying in the work place there didn't seem to be anyone of any authority to put a stop to this outrageous and disgusting behaviour and for this reason I will...
