It was not a nice experience. I visit a store with my family on 5th of April around 11am... Ordered 2 kids drinks which i been said to get myself and i said i already did it as my kids got them ... 4 cakes and iced frappe .. been asked for a loyalty card... Which wasn't working for them. Girl on a til was clearly annoyed she had to put in 12 digit code of card... She barked at me to get app instead of using a card... Meanwhile 2 other staff just started and do nothing.... Store was busy as it's half term, so a queue been made after me and a fel sorry as i keep everyone waiting due to they arrogance and pasivity... I came back to ask for some forks or knives to cut cakes and i have been ignored and barked at what i want ???? What i want.... Well not paying for your arrogance... I worked in customer service for years but this was 😞 it happen to me before in same store.... But i am not really into the complains.... But i felt like we are just not welcomed.... We left literally 5 minutes after.... Also toilets were in horrible condition so does store in general... I am sorry but it made me not to want to go to this franchise...
Read moreI went into this Costa Coffee today after along days work. Covid mask on. Hand sanitized on entry. Checked in for track and trace. Chap in front of me no mask. Ordered a takeout coffee and sat at a table for a moment to wait whilst it was prepared. Saw people coming in no masks. No use of hand sanitizer or scanning the track and trace barcode at the counter. I Got called over by the skinny girl behind the counter making my coffee who said in future when you order a takeout can you not sit down as we have to sanitize the table again! My first thought was pour the coffee over her head and point out that's actually what your there for whilst pointing out the other customers not wearing masks, who did less than I did in preparation when entering the shop.
