This is the worst place ever for customer service!!!!!! I rang and ordered. I got told if I spent £11 I would get delivery free. I then called back after speaking to my dad and said I would order a kebab and milkshake which would have brought it to £13? I then was told it is now £3 delivery? Which is understandable but the fact I had been told it’s free is confusing! I then told him I was only given £13 and that I couldn’t get anymore. I buy from here a lot and asked if he could just do it free this one time. He said ‘yeah yeah yeah’ and then put the phone down! How rude I’m outraged! I then thought he had put the order through as he said yeah? it’s been nearly 1hr and a half, I called and asked how long the food would be he then proceeded with asking my address, gave it him and he told me he didn’t put it through? Are they stupid? They could have politely told me they couldn’t do it but instead ended the phone. They have lost a customer! Been going here since it opened, but recently been going downhill. Ordered 12” meatfeast, and doner kebab. Pizza arrived lukewarm, kebab arrived cold, chips only stayed lukewarm as they were steamed in the bag, so god knows how long been left sitting. Kebabs have got smaller, prices gone up, but how do you eat a kebab when you pick it up and the naan bread is just full of holes the kebab falls through the bread. Yes you run the risk with a delivery, you don’t know how long it sits waiting, but never really had a problem before so thought it would be ok. Very rude I ordered my food at 9 I live in partington and the guy came to the door threw my food on the floor outside NOT PLACE IT ?? Then had the cheek to say oh don’t deliver after 9 next time ur food won’t come and then had a huff about it when I have it all on camera guys you’re in sale !! So then I went in the store and asked for the manger the next day and suddenly he wasn’t there ?
