Costa Coffee - St Johns Road, RTW — Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells

unfortunately 1 star is too much. I love costa and starbucks alike and drink in various coffee places across the country. But this would have been 0 stars on all fronts, with nothing against anyone who works there. But I take the dogs with me everywhere and this is the first where I’ve seen the assistance dog sign only. How can you determine that this one is assistance dogs only, when the other costa and starbucks just down the road welcome all behaved dogs. This left one dissatisfied customer and one heartbroken and disappointed dog. He was looking forward to his puppacino, luckily for him just minutes down the road he had his pup cup thanks...

I intended to give zero stars but there is no option for this. I use a Costa machine at my local BP most days and never have issues collecting the rewards yesterday however having brought up the reward QR code on the screen and scanning it at the till the Barista says “it’s disappeared” you don’t have a reward at all. He the called his supervisor over and she said “there is no reward you will have to pay”. I showed the guy the QR code before scanning it but they still didn’t believe me. I visit Costa’s all over Kent and Sussex and never have a problem, I won’t be going back there...

Unfortunately I went in at 4pm and the floors were being mop and my drinks took 30mins and by the time it all got called out my food was stone cold. I felt unwelcome here. The store manager rolled her eyes at me when I walk in the door and so did the blonde barista while we sat at a table and she couldn’t mop.
