Dragon Tan — Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells

After a few hours wasted on Friday night and no food to show for it, it may be useful for other families to know that If Dragon Tan in Tunbridge Wells has long delays then you can also try ringing another of the family's branches, Honey Moon in Tonbridge (which next to the station) and ordering direct from then.

If you cannot collect the food from Tonbridge then they may be able to deliver to you in Tunbridge Wells but the delivery fee is higher ie £5.50 not £2.50 although this may make life a lot easier for busy families or people needing food in a hurry.

One star doesn't reflect the quality of the food nor the friendliness of the staff, it's just that we wasted a lot of time on a Friday night had nothing to show for it.

I want to support this chain of restaurants because they have decent hygiene ratings (and lots seem not to) but I'll be using The Honey Moon Branch in Tonbridge moving forward and hopefully to avoid any...

Extremely disappointed with this takeaway. We hadn’t ordered a Chinese in a while and were looking forward to it. However the food from here was flavorless and bland. The egg fried rice tasted of nothing I had to add my own sauce to it. Salt and chilli chips we soggy and also no flavour (couldn’t even taste any salt let alone chilli) They were very stingy with the amount of sauce in sweet and sour chicken that it didn’t even coat all the pieces. The crispy beef also didn’t have enough sauce and was lacking any really flavour, also the colour of it seemed off to me.

Won’t be going back here again. Maybe...

The food was good, however it was my daughter's hen night at her favourite restaurant, five of the starters arrived 25 minutes after everyone else's. To exacerbate that faux pas they then forgot the bride to be's main meal and she had to wait a further 15 minutes for her's. There was no apologies, no offer of complimentary drinks or a discount. No the full bill with already added service charge arrived and they expected every last penny. I would have liked to kick off on the night but it was my daughter's night and I didn't want to ruin it...
