Calverley Grounds is a picturesque park conveniently located just a stone's throw away from Tunbridge Wells Railway station. It boasts immaculate landscaping, lush greenery, and vibrant flowers, making it a beautifully organized space. I've had the pleasure of visiting several times, whether during festivals or special events like the ice skating platform and ferris wheel set up during the Christmas holidays. Each time I return, I'm consistently impressed by the park's cleanliness and tidiness. The kiddies' playground is well-equipped, and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby with reasonable pricing and attentive staff. Calverley Grounds is not only family-friendly but also offers a tranquil environment for those seeking a place to relax and contemplate. It truly is a fantastic destination worth visiting time...

I understand the importance of commercial acumen, however, it seems a little harsh to 'tax' the youngest customers, who are the ones who need them to stabilise themselves. £2 an hour would be nearer the mark for me.
All in all though, a beautiful, well kept park with a wide array of activities spread throughout the year. I'd recommend...

There are a few outdoor courts for various sports, although I'm not sure if these are at an extra cost. At the top of the park there is a childrens play area, although I am a little too old to use the play equipment! There is a multi-storey car park at the entrance, although I'm not sure on the cost for this either.
If I am back in the area, I will definitely visit again (and may come back for the ice rink...
