Two Penny Blue Café — Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells

Two Penny Blue is a lovely cafe in Tunbridge Wells that serves up cafe/bistro style food and drinks.

I recently visited the cafe for lunch and ordered the cheese omelette, the omelette was very nice and just what was needed during a very rainy day, the cheese was melted perfectly and the whole thing was very comforting. I also really enjoyed the side of salad that came with the omelette. The salad was fresh and crisp and the dressing was nice also.

Overall, I had a great experience at Two Penny Blue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good and affordable meal in the area. The chef (also the server) was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick...

Im not normaly one leaving reviews but feel it would be rude not to! Went in today for the first time and was greeted by a friendly lady (didnt catch her name) who clearly likes her job but that was just the icing on the cake. The service was prompt and the food was good! My only complaint was i didnt find this cafe sooner! Will definately be back and tell the boys at work to try for themselves as well. Sooooo lovely :) wonderful environment.. so great what they have done with a small space … really accommodating ( we’re vegan ) they had options but went as far as to say, call ahead next time with any requests and we’ll prepare it for you 👋 which I don’t think one ever had before 🫶🏻
