I went in today with a friend. As I approached the counter the store manager was serving, as soon as he looked at me he shouted at me and humiliated me in front of he’s staff and customers!! I kept my cool and pretended to ignore him. You Sir have an attitude that needs changing very fast! According to other reviews I am not the 1st to complain about your attitude towards customers! I would like to kindly remind you that you are a store manager for a franchise you are NOT the owner to think you can talk to customers like they are garbage! I would highly suggest you do some training on customer service. The fact you accused me of something that wasn’t said was crazy! My previous REVIEW was directly at YOU and not your team, they have always served us politely which I take they haven’t learnt from you! Because your no example of a team leader. I surely do hope I never have to serve you in my business because I will definitely treat you the same. Hopefully you take this as an experience and not with an attitude like you did today.

. Absolutely appalling service! The fact they think it’s okay for customers to sit down with the door wide open at 4 degrees! When I asked the manager if I could close the door as it was freezing. He was rude and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen! He’s reply was NO Im hot behind here! People go to have a coffee to warm up not sit...

I walked in to buy a frappe. Tristan, a gentleman working alone welcomed me with a warming professional smile. When I ordered, he was charming in the way he made me feel like I was the only customer in the café. He promised that he would make the very best Chocolate fudge frappe. As he focused on going above and beyond, I looked around to see a very well organised, and clean work place. When Tristan passed me his masterpiece Frappe, he asked me to taste and tell him what I thought. It was truly delicious. I'm so grateful to you Tristan, thankful for your kind, professional service and most importantly making a frappe which I truly can say is the best I have had the privilege to taste. The service made the experience as a whole truly freshing! Costa, this man needs to be recognised. To all customers who enjoys a frappe and now in this gorgeous sunshine ...I recommend visiting here and meeting the talented young man"any day"!...

Purchased coffee and hot toastie. Unfortunately the toastie was really tough... crusts like concrete.. I took it back for replacement to be told that its cooked on a timer, so same for all toasties! Whilst that may of been correct, the customer service was lacking. The guy who dealt with the issue wasnt very polite and left me feeling like a nusiance. A shame as my first visit, in the end I just requested a refund to save them any more...
