Mae’s Café — Restaurant in Vale of White Horse

Was driving past on the A420 and saw the sign for Maes cafe.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast bap with the partner and daughter as was on the move

I Was welcomed by a lady called Lorraine very friendly and chatty

Food was great and reasonably priced also has a contactless payment which is great

Will definitely come back for a full breakfast as I see most of the customers ordering this looked very popular

Had a lovely fry up this morning, traditional, tasty and just the right size. Ordered the small breakfast with a side of chips which really wasn’t needed. The owners and so friendly and pleasant and always cleaning the tables around you as people leave, ready to welcome the next diners. The menus selection is great and the only negative is they close at 3pm otherwise I would come of an evening. Well done ladies a great addition...

I have visited Mae’s cafe several times and on all occasions I can not fault them. I have never been to a place where I have felt comfortable enough to dine in by myself until now. At Mae’s I am also made to feel welcome from the moment I step in the door to when I leave. They are always on hand asking if all is ok and if I need anything....
