We got given a subscription box for Christmas from some friends. Unfortunately it didn’t work in our coffee machine. We emailed head office but to no avail so we went to the botley branch. The staff were cheerful, pleasant and a huge help. They tested our coffee in their machine and said it was a little too fine. They didn’t want us to go without coffee over Christmas though and helped us out with a little something. Early in the new year, I still hadn’t heard back from head office though, so I messaged again and got a response. They said they would replace them for us but they were unable to grind it to the same specification as botley. They told us we would have to take them to botley to grind… bearing in mind we live in Bicester… it was a bit of a downer to it. We have just been back in the botley branch though and they seemed a bit shocked that we were told to do it that way but they were willing to help us out and ground up all 6 bags for us and resealed them. 5 stars for the guys in the botley branch for being absolute hero’s. If we didn’t live further away we would be back often but either way we both highly recommend.

I'm so glad I discovered the Missing Bean! Their coffee is truly exceptional - rich, flavorful, and always brewed to perfection. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and their professionalism shines through in every interaction. It's a hidden gem of a coffee shop with an inviting ambiance that keeps me coming back. If you're a coffee enthusiast, you definitely need to experience the Missing Bean.

Lovely cafe with nice space outside and good quantity filter coffee. Cortado was great and the baked goods was nice as well. Having some savoury items will make it even better and it will be great if the stamp cards can be advertised more since we only got one stamp for couple of drinks. Very cute place but felt it was quite busy so having more outside seating will be even better.

Hidden Gem. Delicious artisan barista coffee and home made cake, plus bakery items and local baker bread options to take home. Their flat white rivals New Zealand, and the banana bread & cake was fresh and a culinary delight. Barista Ollie took pride in his coffee preparation, and Georgias customer service was to be envied as so good. Great example of an excelllent local cafe with loads of seating in/out and free parking. Hidden gem near all the big retail park, and easy stop For trades to take out good food on the run.

I was in luck as I was able to grab Rosemary & sun dried tomatoe bread to take home and the croissants looked fabulous too . Highly recommended and thanks Ollie and Georgie. Loves the chat. You were both so welcoming and we’ll be back with our loyalty card....

Amazing coffee and cakes and to die for doughnut's on Thursday's. All staff very friendly except for one female staff, I have been served by her on two occasions very unpleasant experience almost as though she was annoyed I've always went in with my kids as you know kids can take a minute to choose what they want... how ever the female staff seemed to be inpatient. One particular day the sun was out but we didn't want to sit outside however she had her daughter and another staff member sitting in the seating area as there is limited seating in the inside there was not an option for me and my daughter's to sit together . Great coffee but shamefully...
