I was with the WI Thursday 29th May. Two of us decided on the 10 pound menu. Salmon En Croute ....the salmon was over powered by the lemon sauce an I thought black bits with it was mushrooms š but was told it was spinach! I thought the spinach should have been wrapped round salmon. The sauce was very over powering with lemon an the salmon had a very lemony taste. Pastry wasn't cooked on bottom bit an could have done with another few minutes š. My friend totally agreed with me an she agreed that thier was far to much lemon sauce an sloppy salmon. I asked for a Pimms an Lemonade that never appeared. Dessert šØ was fruit ice cream well thier was more fruit than ice cream an to top it all I asked for a latte an got a black āļø coffee! Thier was only two waitresses on the one who served us looked stressed an apparently š the other one went on her break when desserts were taken out. Sorry š but was not impressed at all infact Lidel's Salmon En Croute beats...

Highly recommend this pub - we will be back to try some other menu items, and particularly keen to leave room for an ice cream...
