Doboy Donuts — Restaurant in Wakefield

We have seen this place a few times whilst driving by, so yesterday about 15:30 Wednesday 24th July 2024, we thought lets give it a try. We walked in to an empty shop, with loud house music banging out, the girl working there, looked up didn't smile, say hello anything, so we chose our doughnuts whilst the girl stood there (glove on obviously) tapping a doughnut impatiently, after choosing our doughnuts we ordered 2 decaff coffees, the girl (still not saying a word) pointed at the card machine, gave us our coffees and just walked off, so was basically very rude! We decided to sit outside as the music was very loud, we sat on the tables outside and tried the doughnuts, they were good, not amazing but good and quite large and I thought coffee and the doughnut deal was well priced. halfway through my coffee I realised it was not decaff (I felt the caffeine) which is an Issue as I avoid caffeine on medical advice! I didn't go in and bring it up, as I didn't want to deal with that girl again so it had to go in the bin (which none were provided even though they have outside seating) To sum it up the doughnuts were okay, it was well priced, but the girl there was very rude, got our (the only customers in the shop) order wrong. whilst the shop itself was not very...

Brought 6 different flavours as presents for friends. Sturdy presentation boxes that kept donuts intact and protected topping. Friendly , helpful staff. The filled nutella I had was sweet, tasty and to be honest although large I managed to eat the whole thing. My friends however cut their's in half and swapped flavours. Everyone enjoyed and felt that as a treat they were well worth the cost. Premises really clean with indoor sitting area to enjoy coffee and donuts. Ramp entry for wheelchair access and seating area will accomadate wheelchairs. No toilet facilities in premises or close businesses. Parking for pickup : asda and poundstretcher close. Feedback from everyone was all flavours were tasty, well presented and filling. As a treat or something a bit different these hit the spot for everyone and we all agreed they were value for money. Will be a regular customer when I visit friends in Wakefield....

Very very disappointed. My wife loves this place and we have spent quite a lot over the past year. Never been disappointed always loved the doughnuts. But unfortunately there has been an occasion recently where I bought 6 doughnuts for my wife's birthday for £18 and they were dry and tasteless. I sent an email in on the company website explaining of the disappointment but with no reply. I then emailed the management direct. A week has passed and still no reply which leads me to think that they literally couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or acknowledge any feedback. The doughnuts are expensive and I was happy to pay the £18 and we have never been let...
