Greggs — Restaurant in Wakefield

Worst Greggs I've ever been to. I visited just before chrisfor thr first time, popping in for breakfast before a long journey on M1. At the time there was a new girl that I assume had only been there a matter of days. She had no support from the other staff and as expected was so slow. I understand we all need to learn but she needed help and he colleagues had just abandoned her. I spent at least 15 nins queuing to be served! My baguette was terrible. So dry that I'm certain it was from the day before. Anyway I thought I'd give it a second chance this week when I stopped to get lunch. The new girls was still there and still abandoned whilst there was a queue round the shop. There were also countless delivery drivers waiting. I joined the queue as never been put off by queue as normally they go down very quickly....but then I remembered my last experience of this location. Whilst in the queue I witnessed several people walk out. I looked to what sandwiches or bakes they had and I've never seen a Greggs so poorly stocked. Visit this Greggs regularly as neatest to our home. Can't remember ever having a good experience here as the staff always seem so under trained and clueless. It's a busy Greggs with it having a drive thru and this is what ruins this place as they can't deal with so many customers. In store customers plus drive through then to add to the chaos the Just Eat drivers demanding their orders. This morning it took 20 mins just to get served, we were only 4th in the queue!! Waited 12 minutes to get served when we got to the counter they had hardly anything ready only vegan rolls and festive bakes,asked how long for other good and was told "not sure" only 1 member of staff on tills even with a massive cue.There was 3 members of staff in the back getting just eat orders while on on on till seems greggs online customers are more important than the ones in the shop,I wasn't the only on who complained there was four lads in front of me on their half hour dinner break that had been cueing ten minutes aswel staff ignore you and...
