I am guessing the lack of customers in the cafe is contributing to the poor quality of the food and the quality of the food is contributing to the lack of customers. This Morrisons is not the greatest, i was going here, usually on my way home from work 3, 4 even 5 times a week because it is rare i would manage to purchase everything in 1 or even 2 visits. They allow the best selling products to routinely sell out, faced with so many empty shelves time after time i eventualy got tired of having to go somewhere else to finish my shopping. Once they changed the jumbo pasties on the deli counter i found there was little reason to bother going at all. I can get rubbish pasties anywhere. Read moreIn the past I've been forced to give this cafe a bad report. However, a few days ago I was forced to take refuge in there during a particularly harrowing spell of Christmas food shopping. We were only half way round the store when my Wife instructed me to ''Go and get a coffee in the cafe if you can't keep up with the pace." So I did! I have to say that although the cafe was busy, the staff were happy to help, the tables were being cleared and cleaned, and wow, they've got new coffee machines!
After a rejuvenating latte I was able rejoin my beloved for the last leg of the shopping marathon!

Read moreCalled on a Sunday morning, used the self check out to order our food and coffee, got our cups and got the coffee which was luke warm at best, went to sit down and to say we were the first customers the tables and seats were disgusting and had food scraps/ crumbs all over they had clearly not been cleaned from the previous day. Knives and forks that were in the tubs had not been cleaned properly. Food was barely edible the best part of it was the sausage and hash brown, the rest of the breakfast was cold. Staff seemed uninterested. Won't be going back...
