Pizza Dome & Tandoori Mahal Balti House — Restaurant in Wakefield

Well as from tonight will NEVER order from this place again, made an order online tonight (Wednesday 25th July 2018) at around 10.30pm with scheduled delivery for 11.30pm FULLY PAID with card just short of £20, time had arrived but no food, waited till nearly midnight, still no food, so checked closing times, clearly stated 3am close, at 12.15am rung them to enquire our food, no one answering, thinking they busy, waited another 15 minutes then tried again if still not arrived, by which point it now got to 12.45am, AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE for delivery so my partner decides she had enough of waiting and took off to Pizza Dome in Knottingley to find when she got there all shutters were down and closed for the night. There was not a single phonecall or message from anyone with regards to our order nor closing up shop early, we will NOT be ordering from this place again, which is a shame as we were once regulars over the last few years, plain disgusting with what has happened...

Right I don't usually complain about these things and I order from here all the time with it being my local but what a shock iv just received from them. Iv just ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my son the nuggets may aswell of been used on a stove for a fire they was cooked to a crisp black not edible for my 2 year old. And I ordered a chicken korma the chicken looked and tested like it had been reheated. It's was rubbery and had an orange burnt tint on the outside were it had previously been cooked the only thing what I belive was cooked fresh was the chips. I won't order from here again after this I don't like wasting money for...

Ordered for the 2nd time from here. First time curry was nice but we paid for a bottle of fanta but we were just sent a can but we just saw it as an oversight. This time we had a rice missing but not only that the chicken nuggets and chips looked like they'd been cooked about 3 times and they were rock hard. Chicken wings were burnt. Onion bhaji were rubbery and when we called to tell them about it all he wanted to do was argue we hadn't ordered 2 portions of rice. Not try and resolve anything. Needless to say we won't be going here ever again they obviously don't care about...
