Pizza Prima — Restaurant in Wakefield

Hi, did you change your pizza cook? On 13/03/19, order no: 23, we ordered 1 x 9" garlic bread & 1 x family pepperoni. I was very surprised when I saw the garlic bread. It looked like a flat sponge, and tasted very gritty. Went straight in the bin including most of the 2 slices we pulled off. Not at all like the garlic breads we've had in the past. Pepperoni pizza, wasn't anything like what we've had in the past at all. Very light on cheese, and quite frankly, it tasted like it had come straight out of a supermarket freezer....

Not a good takeaway at all. Chips wer warm up ones and the cheesy chips wer brown and hardly any cheese on. Rung up to complain and got told I could have a refund. Waited an hour then no refund so asked for manager and they put pizza chef on... didn't end up getting a refund but could of told me the truth instead of lying about it.. they wasn't really bothered at all even tho I sent pictures of the disgusting food. Wouldn't eat here again or recommend...
