pulled in for fuel prior to a lengthy journey ahead and though why not grab a burger as was Hank Marvin, I usually find burger king the lesser of the junk food evils as in fast food quality as let's be honest they are all pretty pants, this I must congratulate this particular burger king on providing me with the worst ever experience of fast food, the double bacon cheese burger or what ever it was was Luke warm at best and the bread seemed like artificial bread to want of a better description, the onion rings were soggy and Luke warm but tbf the chips were fresh and a good temperature, coffee was also okayish though also not hot enough, so all in all I wish I hadn't of bothered and just got a Greg's pasty, you...

Superb customer service. On my burger order, I’d deselected all the optional additions like salad, sauces onions etc by pressing the plus button on the order display machine. Of course the machine options were complicating. I only realised this at last. So I asked the staff “Where has my salad and stuff gone?” So, one of the staff checked my receipt and explained what I had done on the order. They were really polite. They shown empathy. The manager offered me a new burger since I had bit a piece of the old one and i took the offer. He gave me a fresh burger. I was very satisfied. I would give no stars if I could! Closes at 10pm walks km at 9.15pm to be greater by 2 young boys no older than 21 go to order food to be told sorry we not taking orders it was quiet so we have started cleaning and shouting everything down, to which I replied well I'm a customer you're open and I would like to place a larger order ( we have friends visiting ) then a young girl comes in walks in front of me and says " hurry up boys we going to be late " I then say I want to place an order are you going to serve me or not?
