Absolutely appalling service, ordered a large order and were missing items. Called them to confirm I was missing TWO items, they offered to redeliver the missing items. They delivered ONE of the items and still missing a chips. So made contact again to get a refund. They called and said they "don't do refunds" - surely illegal? And said they'll add onto the next order - I said we aren't ordering again. Then proceeded to argue with me over the fact that they don't do refunds.

Avoid this place at all costs, they are con artists, and have severe social issues. I've never experienced such poor service from any...

Update, they've started using the vegetable sausages! So have stopped eating here

I come a few times a month. The veggie breakfast not too bad, and they don’t use those nasty vegetable sausages that so many cafes use. My carnivore enjoys the big breakfast. Service is always good. The staff were very pleasant, didn't know this place existed, just a couple of minutes walk from the Griffin Mill garages. Empty when I got her but sat by the front door with the sun warming the entrance area so nice and toasty. Plenty of options on the menu like burgers, omelettes, jackets, panini's, salads and kids meals (also looks like Sunday dinner on Sundays) plenty of options for fillings too. Will definitely come here rather than Gregg's if I'm in the area. Unless I'm around after 3 when...
