Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

The person on the till got a terrible attitude, acting like she can't hear what we are saying. If your actually deaf get a hearing aid. Gave us attitude because we didn't want tuna with our food and this was before we actually ordered. Maybe she has something against gay people? We Sat at a table and it smelled like a toilet so we moved. Also what kinda cafe has a big menu but only serves like 5 things off it. What is that all about? Why say you serve food all day when you don't? 30 quid for 2 kids meals and 4 drinks is insane when the quality is so bad. Tescos finest? More like bad attitude. Slamming things around while making our drinks too. This place used to be so much better but Jesus it's gone to the dumps. Also who puts fudge in a toffee drink?

Called in for lunch, my daughter ordered an Eggs Benedict which had ham instead of bacon, no cracked black pepper, stingy amount of sauce and overcooked poached eggs. My grandson ordered fish and chips, didn't like the batter and his chips were cold and stodgy. I ordered a jacket potato with baked beans, the skin was black and the potato inside was way over cooked resembling a mushy yellow mess which was tastless, there was no side salad just the potato plonked on the plate, cut in half and baked beans put on top which went cold so I left half the jacket. Slowest most expensive service ever. Would be cheaper and better to go buy a BBQ and cook it yourself in the carpark. Can’t believe how utterly sh1te the service here is and how much it has gone down over the years. Additionally from what I can see of the kitchen whilst I’m spending an hour queuing, their fire safety seems to be non existent.

I’ve given this place multiple chances because convenient, but I strongly believe the problem is endemic as it has continued over weeks with different cafe staff.
