A local gem you HAVE to go to/support is the delight that is @cegindiod . They are located in the new(ish) market in Llandeilo (on the road to Dinefwr).

Recently they have reduced their menu to light bite lunches and cake & coffee, but this is a flavour of their former glory to which I really hope and pray they get back to, as the food was one of the best in the area.

I was obsessed with their choice on the menu - brunch and lunching heaven!

Here’s a compilation of visits and what we had!

🍳 Full Cooked Breakfast 🍟 Sausage Bean Melt Loaded Chips (totes heavenly) 🐟 Fishcake on a bed of rocket leaves with chutney and poached egg 🥚

All of this was soooo yummy that I’d made a habit of coming back weekly after baby class and scrounging a free brunch out of my parents (mat pay is no joke 🙈😅)

Please please support this lush business, not just because I’ve said so, but try it out for yourself - the food and drink is always lush and the service is brilliant too.

Full disclosure: it was a couple of days before Christmas and we were lucky to even get a table.

That said, my Bounty hot chocolate was somewhat disappointing: while the topping more than lived up to expectations, the hot chocolate was thin and flavourless.

Service was friendly and professional and the slight delay in getting to us is more than excusable on the last weekend before Christmas.

I'm confident that I'll be able to give a better and more accurate...
